Actuaire, entrepreneur, chasseur de têtes, musicien et marathonien, Roger T. Duguay est associé directeur, fondateur du bureau montréalais et membre du conseil d'administration canadien de Boyden, un pionnier et l'un des plus importants cabinets internationaux de recrutement de cadres supérieurs. Il a travaillé pendant près de 10 ans aux bureaux de Toronto et de Montréal d'AON Hewitt et il a été vice-président exécutif chez Averna.

Roger T. Duguay is an actuary, entrepreneur, musician, marathon runner, and founder of Boyden's Montreal office, where he leads Quebec operations, and sits on its Canadian Board of Directors. Boyden is one of the largest privately-owned executive search firms with offices in over 40 countries. Prior to become a headhunter, Roger worked in Toronto and Montreal for 10 years at AON Hewitt and was an Executive Vice President at Averna.
